Mr. Garrett takes you out of the main office and down the hall.
He knocks on a door and peeks his head inside.
"Kathy? Do you have a minute? Mr. Travis would like to speak with you."
He opens the door for you, revealing a squat woman in her 50s.
She sits behind a desk covered in papers. She's grading.
"Well it was so nice to chat with you, Mr. Travis. I'm afraid I have to be going pretty soon,
big plans this evening," he smiles and leaves you in the doorway.
She sighs, setting her pen down sharply. "What?"
She does not offer you a seat.
